The Richmond Technical Center accepts cash and money orders for in-person student payments. If paying cash, you must have exact change. You may also use your credit or debit card to pay online. Online payments have a transaction fee of $0.35 and a card processing fee of 4.00%. 

Student activity funds (SAF) must be managed according to best business practices and used solely for their intended, educational purpose to benefit the contributing students with oversight from both faculty and student representatives, while minimizing commercial competition.
